I’m so excited to share this fun and playful card featuring  a new stamp set from the latest Simon Says Stamp release – “Favorite Things.” 

Design Highlights

🐾 Masking for Perfect Alignment – To create a seamless scene, I used masking to position the cat, dog, and trophy so they appear perfectly aligned. This technique helped give the look of a single-layer stamped design, keeping everything balanced and cohesive.

🎨 Ink Blended Background – I used a warm orange gradient to create a spotlight effect around the characters, making the scene pop while adding a celebratory glow.

✏️ Copic coloring – The cat, dog and trophy were all colored using my Copic markers.  I used a black glaze pen to add some shine to the trophy, eyes, nose and paws just for added interest (you could certainly skip that and the card would be equally cute).

✨ Finishing Touches – I grounded the scene with a clean sentiment to complete the design without overwhelming it.
