Simon Says Stamp | STAMPtember® Release
09/02/2025

Hi there!

We’re having a party over on the Simon Says Stamp Blog today to celebrate Simon’s release for STAMPtember!

Click here to join the fun!

It wouldn’t be a party without games and this year Simon has created a scavenger hunt for prizes. Since you’re here on my blog, my prize is the adorable Ginger’s stickynote pad shown in the graphic below. And it’s FREE with any purchase! Directions to collect your prize are also in the graphic.

You’ll want to go to join the party because there are LOTS of prizes and other designers may have something different than I do.

So let’s talk about my card for today’s party!

Happy mail isn’t just for the holidays! This little ghost is making mail delivery boo-tiful with a Halloween twist! For this Simon Says Stamp STAMPtember® release, I paired the older Delightful Ghost die with the new Mail Call dies that I colored using my Copic markers. The result? A playful card that mixes a little spooky with a whole lot of charm.

Design Highlights 🎃

  • 👻 Floating Ghost – The Delightful Ghost die steals the show, floating right out of the mailbox with a letter in hand.
  • 🎨 Copic-colored mailbox – Shades of gray, silver, and red add depth and realism to the mailbox, making it pop against the dark background.
  • ✉️ Mail with personality – The tiny envelope adds the cutest little detail and completes the ghost’s “special delivery.”
  • 🦇 Spooky extras – Bats, a spider, and some black gem accents give the card just the right amount of Halloween spirit.

This design combines whimsy with a dash of spooky fun—a reminder that even ghosts love happy mail!

Don’t forget to join the party!

Have a wonderfully creative day, everyone!

I fell in love with card-making many years ago and I’ve been hooked on it ever since. I love trying out new techniques and finding the perfect color combination for whatever I’m creating.

By nature, I am an uber-organizer and a steadfast planner, but as you’ll see, my creations are much more fluid. And while I love color theory, the concept of lights and shadows, and the importance of depth and perspective – these are not things I worry about when it comes to my creations.

I simply find joy in creating and delight in sharing.

I hope that by sharing my cards and other art with you here on my blog I can inspire you to create something you love!
