Frightfully Fun with a Hint of Webby Whimsy!

2025 Simon Says Stamp FALL AND HALLOWEEN Dies that coordinate with Tim Holtz Stamps
08/23/2025

Hi there!

Card #4 in my Halloween series is here, and it’s glowing with spooky sweetness! 🎃 This time, I reached for the Tim Holtz Tiny Frights stamps and the new coordinating dies from Simon Says Stamp and I paired them with an older favorite: the classic Tim Holtz spider web die.

Instead of cutting the web, I ran it through my machine to emboss it into the background. The result? A subtle, spooky texture that sets the stage for a bright jack-o’-lantern, a crescent moon, and a super expressive bat. All of the stamped images are from the Tiny Frights set, cut out with the brand-new coordinating dies.

Design Highlights:
🕸 Embossed Web Background – The die-embossed spider web adds soft texture and spooky charm.
🎃 Pumpkin Power – A grinning jack-o’-lantern takes center stage, colored in glowing orange.
🌙 Batty Moon Vibes – The bat and crescent moon float playfully above for that classic Halloween night feel.
🧡 Warm Glow Ink Blending – A soft blend of orange and yellow gives everything a warm haunted glow.
✨ Pops of Sparkle – Orange gems add just the right amount of Halloween sparkle.

I love how this card blends older Tim Holtz staples with the fresh new coordinating dies. The result is a frightful little scene that still feels cheerful and fun! Stay tuned—Card #5 is creeping up next!

Have a wonderfully creative day, everyone!

I fell in love with card-making many years ago and I’ve been hooked on it ever since. I love trying out new techniques and finding the perfect color combination for whatever I’m creating.

By nature, I am an uber-organizer and a steadfast planner, but as you’ll see, my creations are much more fluid. And while I love color theory, the concept of lights and shadows, and the importance of depth and perspective – these are not things I worry about when it comes to my creations.

I simply find joy in creating and delight in sharing.

I hope that by sharing my cards and other art with you here on my blog I can inspire you to create something you love!
