Today we’re having a blog hop to celebrate the new Simon Says Stamp dies that coordinate some of the most fun Tim Holtz stamps! You won’t want to miss out on what the other designers have created with these amazing sets!

Here’s the hop order so you can follow along!
For my stop on the hop I created a fun vellum treat bag using the new coordinating Field Notes dies from from this collection. I loved how the vintage ephemera style of this set translated into something a little unexpected when layered on frosted vellum.
The soft translucency emphasizes the stamped details while still giving the die-cut florals and ticket elements room to shine. Using warm ink tones for the numbers and labels helped everything feel cohesive with the coral and orange blooms, especially against the muted background of the bag.
I finished it with twine and small brads for just a touch of texture, keeping the overall look light and dimensional without overpowering the design. It is a simple project, but one that really lets the details of this collection do the talking.

I hope you’ll hop along with us to see all the amazing designs using this set and others from the collection!

Beautiful touches with the soft tones of the ephemera of the Field Notes images! Gorgeously done!!
