Hi everyone!
Today I’m sharing two nautical-themed cards I created using goodies from the Spellbinders June Embossing Folder of the Month and Stamp & Die of the Month Clubs—and they’re making waves in my craft room! One is a fun rocker card that could easily double as a gift tag (love a two-in-one!), and the other features bold, diagonal stripes and a sweet porthole view. Let’s dive in! ⚓

🌟 Card 1: “Ahoy, Matey!” Rocker Card
This playful half-round card rocks side to side like a little ship at sea—how cute is that? It could easily be repurposed as a gift tag by tying it to a present or bottle with the twine at the top.
Design Highlights:
- ⚓ Rocker-style shape adds instant whimsy and motion!
- 🎨 I used the June Embossing Folder of the Month and a bit of masking to create the background stripes—those embossed textures add so much dimension.
- 💙 The layered wave, anchor, and sword from the Stamp & Die of the Month create a fun mini scene.
- 🪝 Twine detail makes it tag-ready in seconds.
- ✂️ The die-cut sentiment “Ahoy, Matey!” finishes it off with charm and personality.

🌟 Card 2: Classic “Ahoy!” Porthole Card
This one feels like peeking through a ship’s porthole out onto the sea—and I love how the background gives it that crisp, nautical vibe!
Design Highlights:
- 🌀 Diagonal strips ink-blended on the embossed panels using the June Embossing Folder of the Month bring energy and movement to the design.
- ⚓ The porthole die cut from the Stamp & Die of the Month frames the sentiment perfectly.
- 💧 Layered wave and anchor dies add depth and a splash of sea life.
- ✨ A few scattered embellishments give it that final polish.
- 🌬 The sentiment “AHOY!” keeps things bold and breezy.
Both cards are packed with texture, color, and coastal charm—perfect for summer crafting or sending a smile across the miles. Whether you’re team tag or team porthole, these dies and folders bring endless possibilities! 💌
Let me know which one floats your boat! ⛵
I hope you have a wonderfully creative day!
