Love You More Shaker Card

Simon Says Stamp | To Be Loved Release
01/09/2025

Hi there!

Today, I’m excited to share this fun and colorful shaker card I created using some fabulous new products from Simon Says Stamp’s To Be Loved release. This card is all about vibrant color and playful design, perfect for sharing some love!

I used the Tucked Hearts stamp set to create the bold, heart-filled background. To make the background, I used Lindy’s Gang Magicals. They give a fun watercolor effect to the background that truly shimmers in the light.

For the shaker element, I used the Love You More die set. The shadow layer of the die-cut makes a perfect place for a shaker window.  I filled the shaker with sparkling sequins and embellishments for that interactive, fun touch.

This design is perfect for Valentine’s Day, anniversaries, or simply letting someone know how much they mean to you. I love how the colors and textures came together for this card!

Let me know what you think in the comments below—who would you send this card to? 💌

Have a wonderfully creative day, everyone!

I love how your colors blend so perfectly with the stamped hearts, Jean! A great layout and making it a shaker makes this even more fun. I think anyone would love this card to brighten up their day!

I fell in love with card-making many years ago and I’ve been hooked on it ever since. I love trying out new techniques and finding the perfect color combination for whatever I’m creating.

By nature, I am an uber-organizer and a steadfast planner, but as you’ll see, my creations are much more fluid. And while I love color theory, the concept of lights and shadows, and the importance of depth and perspective – these are not things I worry about when it comes to my creations.

I simply find joy in creating and delight in sharing.

I hope that by sharing my cards and other art with you here on my blog I can inspire you to create something you love!
