I’m pretty sure flowers are my favorite excuse for adding just one more layer.

Today’s Simon Says Stamp STAMPtember® 2026 special release is spotlighting a brand-new collection of embossing folders with coordinating stencils, and there’s another Flash Sale happening as part of the celebration!

For my card, I chose the new Splendid Daisies Embossing Folder, Stencils and Dies. The stencils made it easy to bring in that sunny yellow and soft green palette, but what really caught my attention was the opportunity to combine the embossed background with a few dimensional blooms.

I die cut several of the daisies and layered them over their counterparts in the background, gently shaping the petals before adhering them. I love the way they seem to lift right out of the design while still feeling completely connected to it.

And with that much going on in the flowers, I went in the opposite direction with the sentiment. One tiny “hello” tucked on a tag at the top was plenty.

There are several new embossing folder and stencil designs being released today as part of STAMPtember® 2026, along with a Flash Sale at Simon Says Stamp. The new products will also be replenished, so they aren’t limited to today’s celebration.
