Every release has one.

The product that isn’t necessarily the biggest or the flashiest, but somehow keeps working its way back onto your desk.

That was this floral die for me.

When I first saw it, I liked it. Then I started cutting the pieces. Then I started playing with color. Before I knew it, I was sitting there wondering how many different cards I could make with the exact same die.

That’s usually how I know I’ve found a favorite.

I decided to keep this first card simple and let the florals do what they were designed to do. They naturally wander around two corners of the card just like they’d been growing there all along. From there, everything else fell into place.

I have a feeling this won’t be the last time these flowers make an appearance so if you see them pop up again in a future project… can you just pretend to be surprised?
